I am a civilian defense worker I work a the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow California. From what I have read about the proposed NSPS and dont agree with the new performance rating system. It will be too easy for unfair neopitism to run rampid in the system. If you are good friends with the boss it doesnt matter what kind of job performance you have as long as your his buddy you will be a shoe in for a pay raise. On the other hand if you are a hard worker but not on the bosses buddy list you and your family will suffer financially because of the buddy system. This is totally unfair. Their is no checks and balances in the new system. I am totally against it and any congressman who votes for it will not get my vote. Sincerely Benedict Roman
