After listening to the brief provided last week in the Norfolk area (Bldg.C-9), it appears that no one is sure how this new system will impact the current system. One thing that I am sure of, the pay pool needs to be rated, if nothing else. I also believe that a lot of questions need to be resolved prior to implementation... R/S.Hughes
