Hi, I am hearing impaired person working for DOD at Little Creek in Norfolk, Va. The reason I need to send comments is Where is information about Disability. Is there any rules for Disability?? Some people work slow; Some people work real hard. I feel that NSPS forgot to get some information about Disabiltiy and how it work to smooth it out with the people who are Disability. I been working as a GS for 15 years and I am disability of Hearing Impaired. If you have information about Disability, then I would like to read about it. I am very concern about NSPS system work with all of the people and the Disability people. Repectfully yours, Darlene Scott
