I am not an advocate of changing the general pay schedule. I have spoken to other individuals who have had this forced on them and they are not pleased with the results. I believe this just promotes the good old boy syndrome. If we are forced to change I believe that there should be a cut off date (i.e. if you have 15-20 yrs service you do not make the switch)
