REF: DOCKET #NSPS 2005-001 RIN - 3206-AK76 OR 0790-AH82 Please leave our civil service system alone. It is my understanding that under this proposed new system that all federal employess will be vulnerable to deployment. The one reason I retired from the military was I was tired of the seperation from my family. Many of us have already paid our dues in this department and should not be expected to do this any more. In addition, this pay banding is not a smart idea. It only encourages the good old boy system to benfit the in-crowd while others have no hope of getting any type of raise as an incentive to stay in the system. Please leave our system as it is. Thank you.
