Subpart C Sections 9901.343 and 9901.344 Management can increase or decrease your salary based on subjective materials! That isn't right! With this, if management doesn't like an employee, that employee will never get a raise even if the employee performs at satisfactory or above standards. This regulation opens the door for management to discriminate against a certain employee, or a group of employees, and it would be legal. This isn't right and shouldn't be allowed. You talk about workers' morales being diminished!
