I have been reading whatever info i can find on the NSPS system and i am not impressed. The govt has not been listening to it's workers. I work in a shop where mgt does not listen to what the workers say and morale is a serious issue because of it. How can you think you are improving a system without asking the people who will work under it for their input. The United Coalition of Workers unions is our voice. Listen to them and work with them. The system the way it is written is a disaster waiting to happen. Yes the current system probably needs some updating but work with us not against us.
