pay raises depending on supervisors: all supervisors I have worked for have there favorites. those are the people that will get the raises or there family who work for other supervisors. I can do everything in ccp, and with no errors. My domestic partner has cancer so my leave and sick leave is not up to par. This can and will be used against me, the power the supervisors will have will be used has a hammer to supress people they do not like. Besides how does my little 1.5 percent pay raise have to do with national sercuty. Will congress be under this system? Will they have there tenure shot to heck. Why would years of service not be counted? I started here in 1973 has a gs grade. I then wanted more money so I put in for a wg-3 mechinics helper. the supervisor said I did not have the physcial ablity to lift an engine head. so they offered me a wg-2 labor. I sweept the warehouse from north to south and east to west with a broom for days on end. the supervisors had me sweep in the rain, while the other labors sweept in the warehouse. I got all the terrible jobs but did them all with pride and dedication. It took me 22 year to get an SSP award. I think this new system will suck big time.
