NSPS System: People talk about Unions not needed anymore. If it had not been for unions within the government sector your rights etc. would have been gone long ago. It takes something like this, which may be to late for people to see to do anything about. The unions kept a balance through out the years. Remember total authority corrupts in all cases especially the working environment.
