Subpart C Section 9901.352 Here we go again! Another tactic to make discrimination to an employee legal. This section states that management can reassign an employee without any merit or cause. Again, if a manager has a personality conflict with an employee, that employee can be moved out of the area and relocated whether or not the employee agrees. An employee can go from an area that isn't real good to one that is absolutely worthless and the employee has no say so in the matter. That isn't right.
