Comments:
The rights of federal employees have been protected by regs. established by the Civil Service Reform Act. These are fair and have served us well.Taking away our right to fair wage increase,awards,and all the other proposed changes,is not protecting my rights.I am opposed to this change ,and I will take my opinion with me to the polls next election.
