I do not like the regulations as they are. Because they take alway all the rights of the union that they have to make sure that the favortism and my rights as a govt employee are protected. Please give me back my rights according to our consertutions of the U.S. Also paid bending will not work at my base because one man reletaive is all our bosse. You have a lot of naportism you have to belong to a family tree other then that you are an outsider. The only thing protecting our rights is the Union.
