I would like to know how the pay raises plan to be fair. With all the good ole boy's, clicks, buddy buddy system. The way it reads now the supervisor can fire you for no reason at all, or not give you a pay raise and not give any reason for it. At DDJC it is not what you know it is who you know. By giving the first line supervisor such power is a very very bad idea.
