I don't feel that there is enough checks and ballances with this new system. Should a federa employee be fired if the supervisor dont like him or her? What if a Supervisor descriminates againest someone and is found guilty! I think he should be fired. with this new system he still can be protected by management. What address that? I also think that you should broaden types of descrimination after you have been hired, just to prevent conflicting personalities. If an Employee comes to work and does his job but the supervisor don't get anong with him again nothing protects the employee from falseafied reports. nothing protects him. I'am right now in the process of a complaint and my supervisor falseafied several reports and management protects him. There is no checks and ballences now. what positive changes will you make to protect the employee, or is it to only further enhance managements abiltiy to fire productive federal employees.
