we know certain things need fine tuneing but to over haul the system which basically works, is an outrage. DOD has workers who are already violated buy management. the NAF people already on pay banding are still suffing, while waiting for a raise that they haven't received in 10 years. leaving it to the supervisors still gives the good ol' boys the upper hand and the ones who really put in 100%, the productive people, has no chance to get ahead. it still goes back to the buddy systems. my frustration is that we have limited amount of union rights. to strip us of our given rights is very disappointing to me. wanting to treat civilians like military is truly unacceptable. we did not sigh up to serve the county with combat, but to serve on the home front while the military goes to serve. we are the structure of our posts while the military is the filler. we are the ones to keep the mission going while the military goes protect. i wonder how certain people would feel if their daughters, sisters, aunts, and mothers got deployed over seas, to find they have been captured. one of the biggest problems has been getting hireing done faster but can't because our records are at some other place. the working people are already doing two peoples jobs, it makes it look like they can't get any work done out of the already working people. my biggest worry is how they will seperate the pay bands. i just think its a big plan to exclude the unions and welcome the contractors. without rights to fall back on the work force will all be contractors. i can only see it getting worse instead of getting better. after nsps gets its start we all know the BRAC is coming. has america changed so much that it has to change everything all at once. it like a drug testing. we'll use it until someone dies, until then, we'll ok it. its sad to think that we have to wait until a civilian gets killed with a deployment over seas and a big government law suit to make them find out that we are not military trained service members to handle hostile countries. the federal government is suppose to embrace unity and familes. how can you seperate familes to send someone to an other state becasue that person may not fit managements intentions. the implementing of this nsps will truly be the death of DOD but isn't that what he wants to do? enough said.
