the good ole boy syndrome will be in overdrive if this nsps system replaces the gs system. we now see people who openly claim that they are Christian and pray multiple times daily. those same people have no problem making life/death decisions for others however. the shift away from the individual interest vs the threat of global terrorism is troublesome. we will always have the poor. and they will always rise up for a better life and a share of the worlds goods and services. how to balance the class warfare is difficult. now everyone knows there is justice for the very rich and injustice for the very poor. the nsps takes an injustice and builds on it. nsps will attract not one sound/worthy employee.
