I have written in the past about NSPS in how your organization will handle favortism and prejudice toward employees. In the past i was for the new changes in NSPS and said "boldly go where no man have gone before". Know i do not know what to believe in. I hear and seen that supervisors are taking employees in to the there office and telling them literaly "if you do not do the work right your out and the Supervisors can not wait for NSPS to take affect" or make racial comments and still say that supervisors can not wait for NSPS to take affect. Is this what your organization are about to do tell me please so i have enough time to prepare myself in such of a case matter. thank you wildcorpsman@yahoo.com
