I have worked for the DOD for more then 20 years. Considering some of the types of supervisor I have worked for in the past (and don't see much difference in the ones we have now) this program is just an extra arm for the GOBC's (Good Old Boy's Club) and will hurt those that hold up there end of the work load and that of others. No matter how hard one works if your boss does not like you he/she can and will stop you from getting your pay and or grade increse AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!!! I was undecided weather or not to retire but now have made up my mind. I can retire get a check and work for someone else and make more money with less hassel. And just think the people that came up with this are not subject to it!! Go figure? Name and address with held in fear of retaliation.
