Absolute power corrupts absolutely.The NSPS proposals give unlimited power to management.The predatory behaviors of military and civilian managers that are now only partially controlled by the current safeguards will be totally unleashed.The complete corruption of cronyism will reign.I am ashamed of the lack of integrity and fairplay my government displays with this proposal.
