Comments:
There are still too much favoritism and discrimination in the workplace. Even with existing rules, supervisors still finds ways to circumvent them to promote their favorite employees and put the ones they dislike at a disadvantage. NSPS will eliminate those rules, effectively throwing the employees to the mercy of these supervisors. EEO office will be inundated with discrimintion complaints since other avenues like the union arbitration willl no longer be available.
