I'm a 20 year Air Force retiree still working in the IT field with DOD. I have a bachelor's degree in IT and several certifications in my field. I'm highly motivated, self-disciplined, and mission oriented. I should by excited with NSPS to finally let me get what I've deserved. I'm not looking forward to it. See... I'm a minority. My supervisor has tried all he can to keep me down without breaking the rules. At least I still managed to survive the recent RIFs because of my VA preference and I still got my annual cost of living increase even when I could not get any promotion. Now you're giving this same supervisor all the power to control my pay, retention, promotion and assignment. How is that going to benefit the mission? Who's watching out for my welfare?
