Comments:
I write to express my concerns about changes to work rules in the Department of Defense (DoD). I do not agree with the proposed changes because: -There are no controls and little accountability to ensure fair and equitable pay for all. At least under the GS system a GS 12 was a GS 12. I see more opportuntity for discrimination and inequities within this system. -This system could potentially put DOD workers at a disadvantage when competing for job at other agencies due to the changes grade structure.
