NSPS is what i call A HATE CRIME AGAINST FEDERAL WORKERS. From my perspective, NSPS is solely designed to first dismantle the Bargaining Unit in order to pave the way for contracting out all federal positions and what could be easier than to put arbitrary power such as this into the hands of incompetent and unfair managers? Albeit the current system has some flaws that need addressing along with certain members of the work force, But I whole hartedly agree that NSPS is not the answer and as a federal defence employee of 20+ years i stand in resentment of this action and attack from them whom we put in office who can vote themselves raises and take away our rights and protections with a stroke of the pen that took years and many battles to accomplish..
