Comments:
General We are organized in a IPT structure where we may have supervise people in another building or another location. We typically get input from a team lead at those loacations to allow us to do our evaluation. This system seems to be set up to support personnel interation between the supervisor and employee. We may have to change our structure to support this effort or the law should be changed to allow input from IPT/team lead. Without being written into the law then there will be a challenge somewhere along the way. Also I feel there needs to be templates provided to be applied accross all people in the same pay band. Without a template there will be inconsistancies in the system.
