Comments:
The purpose is good, the plan of implementation is not. The management currently in Government is abusive today at best when it comes to policy and procedures. NSPS will give them the hammer to make Government even worst than today with the Navy being the worst of the services. Guidelines and policies for NSPS need further review with all parties involved. Management is not ready to take on such responsibility. There will be more abuse with NSPS than ever before in Government. The moral will drop below -100 (which is currently where it is today). Stop the madness and get the act together before lauching the plan. Do what is right, good, and truth.
