§ 9901.373 Conversion of employees to the NSPS pay system. I am concerned about my pay rate being penalized for working abroad due to loss of locality pay adjustment. Specifically, I am concerned about my pay rate upon my return to my office in the USA after 3 to 5 years. My office in the USA has a 16.53% locality pay adjustment which I lost after moving overseas. I am concerned that my pay will not be increased by 16.53% automatically when I return.
