NSPS USC 9902 A - H I am concerned about the rating system for civilians. there have been times where an NCOIC did not have the experience needed to do the correct paper work. this caused jobs to go through a review process and justification of the position was needed. Some of these new regulations could cause us to unjustly lose our jobs
