When the pay for performance/contribution implementing issuances are created, recommend that team consider including a provision that would allow a pro rata payout of bonus for employees who may change jobs within the Department. Currently, if an employee leaves for another job and is in a demonstration project they forego their payout, which they earned during the performance year unless they are on board at time of payout.
