The specific sections to be addressed is the violations of Congress's order to preserve collective bargaining. If this NSPS is implemented it denies the rights of all Americans not just bargaining members, this is a set back in labor relations of over 75 years. NSPS violates Congress's requirement that new labor relations system have an independent third party review. Implementation of NSPS is a sad example that Congress has no legislative power to enforce it's own legislation. This is the begining of a tyrannical regime and all out assault on working class Americans.
