STEP INCREASES- I have worked 24 years for Civl Services and I have worked hard. Now I lose the step increase. I finally get to GS-05 Step 8 and I will never get any further than that. I don't know who came up with this new law but it only hurts the Civil Worker (as usual). We work hard and we are the one that ends up with nothing in the end.
