i wish to state that this nsps is a slap in the face to all emploees who have worked long and hard to make a decent living. we deserve the best representation possible, not a system that is based on likes and deslikes of people. also, tenure of service and being a"veteran" is very important to me and to the thousands of other who have served their country in war time. that preference should not be taken away from us.we have the right to have our years of service count more to promotions,raises the someone with fewer years. also the system of having gs and wg levels should not be changed and we should recieve our raises as set forth in the past, instead of being left to the immediate surpervisor as this could and would lead to unfairness to most employees. so i believe the union and congress should get together and work on a more fair system. this will also be forwarded to my elective represntitives.
