I am totaly aginst all the proposed changes being set forth in this plan. It will just further the good ole boy's network. If you don't kiss butt, you won't get anything. As for deployment I did my stint in the service. This is just a back door draft proposal. I only have 3 more years until I retire. If I were told I had to deploy tomorrow, I would turn in my paper work today. This is nothing short of slave labor. We already fought a Civil War over this matter. And the slaves were set FREE. The contract I signed with the government (as a civilan) did not say anything about deployment. I think if some of the good ole boys behind this were told they were gitting a paycut and had to deploy. These changes would'nt last very long.
