What is met by the supervisor's will determine the wages of employees by performance!!!! You are opening a can of worms. The supervisors will be giving raises to those employees. That!!!!!!! 1. That take hunting 2. Bring the supervisior Tacos 3. Nepotism 4. Favortism 5. Unfair Opionion of a supervisior that three time out of four do not know how to read or right and rather not justify the rate increse will never reward his empolyees for their performance but use favotism as ther model for the pay increase.
