Subpart G Adverse Actions If DOD will not define actions that can lead to termination, if they can change them at any time, if they can terminate employees without warning, if they can do it without third party review of their actions, why would the public trust that there will be any reporting of waste, fraud and abuse. No agency should have thet kind of power DOD is trying to grab with this personnel system. This kind of power will not promote national security. It will promote the worst management has to offer. It makes me ashamed to work for this agency. DOD needs to go back to the drawing board, to do what Congress intended and to provide a healthy personnel system, not this inherently corrupt personnel plan that is nothing more than taking personnel back to pre Pendelton Act. Shame on you, DOD>
