Funding- It won't be certain like it was in the past. How can I be secure knowing DoD has done such a miserable job in the past? Pay- How can you base our pay based on the judgement of management, what if you're not on the buddy list? RIF- Same as pay, if there is a RIF and I've been here for 20 years, but the boss's brother-in-law just got hired last month, I could be gone. That is wrong! Civilian Deployment- If I wanted to be deployed I would have enlisted. Are civilians going to be just like the military?
