My opinion on the NSPS system is that I feel it's a slap in the face to all federal employees, we diligently and cooperatively serve our government with respect and high regards for the way we handle our jobs. For this type of system to even be thougt of is an outrage. I have seen employees deal with supervisors that favored one employee over another, even though the employee that wasn't treated fairly was an excellent worker, there need to be better scrunity over supervisors before they are put in total control over a person's life. This is not referencing all supervisors, but there are a large amount of them that is not fair. We will have no stability if the government can also move us wherever and whenever they like, most of us have small children and grandchildren that depend on us, and stability is a key factor and reason that a government job has always been considered the cream of the crop. Please donot do this to our families and us, we also support this country, in taxes, services and total commitment. Please be considerate to our needs.
