Pay for Performance: Most activities already have a method/program to award Pay for Performance (PFP) within the GS pay schedule. They all sound so nice. The reality is that PFP DOES NOT WORK!!! Current programs use the similar fuzzy guidance of NSPS. The NSPS PFP is sort of play-it-by-ear mentality. If the time/money was spent to determine why the present methods do not work, the NSPS proponent shallow minded might figure out why PFP WILL NOT WORK IN NSPS EITHER!!! It is not rocket science. Get a grip. Do the research! I really don't want to trust some moron(s) to determine what my family's standard of living will be. Thanks, but no thanks!
