To implement this NSPS is to undermine all our cival rights and what we hard working tax payers rightfully deserve while employed in the federal government. To give management the right to say, ye or neh and if you deserve a step increase will be unethical and not in the best interest of the federal employees. People need to understand, no matter what level of management you are occupying, be it known that there will always be someone above you that will be more then likely have a say on your wage increase. Our Rights were not handed to the Federal Employees it was earned. It is not the fault of the Federal Workers or responsibility to make this sacrifice an accept this NSPS, we are not govern by dictatorship so why should we honest United States Citizen work under these ridiculous condition and have our next generation suffer. I am a Diabled American Vietnam Veteran and deserve the right to receive seniority over a Non-Veteran. This Civil Service Reform Act and United States Code was developed to protect our rights not to have beaurocrats slowly take it away. While you read my comment please understand that our children who are fighting against terrorism and may I say Dying for the the right to be free will come home to thier families like I did, but will not be able to receive the rights earned for their sacrifices when they served their country and put their own lives on the line.
