Why is this system made without any input form the People working IN THE SYSTEM? No real thought has gone into what will happen in a RIF! What happens to the people that are on save pay? Will they be able to get "normal" pay raises? What happens to VRA? What happens to VRA durign a RIF? This has been a poor roll out of a new prorgam. If this is a good system why not put the Post Office on it? If your boss likes you, a rraise will be yours. If he doesn't he can fire you without a reason. This is goignto be interesting. The person that will loose is the sailor in the fleet that we support!
