NSPS Comments on RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82. Subpart A - Reich Fuhrer Rumsfeld has his title changed so he can keep employees from telling on him or his underdogs when the violate the law or other crimes that would bring them under Congress. Firing the employee or taking their pay away is harassment and brings in bad feelings and this is not helping to get stuff to the troops. Adolf Hitler is alive and well as Secretary of Defense. Subpart B-Classification-This would bring us from human beings to slaves. Reverse of what is to be. Subpart C-Pay & Pay Administration-Raises based on performance and not only with longevity is like being paid by a blank check with nothing on it. Subpart D-Performance Management-Rumsfeld's underdogs have a say in everything. Subpart E-Staffing & Employment-Officials under Rumsfeld would say who is hired and fired. And they send you to other areas where they need you. Subpart F-Workforce Shaping-This is worse than before. If you qualify for other jobs-tough! Subpart G-Adverse Actions-Spervisors are GOOD at giving harsh sentencings to employees and would have no problem firing people they hate. Subpart H-Appeals-This is based on management is right. Appealing would bring in officials with Rumsfeld's views only. Subpart I-Labor/Management Relations-Unions have no say and employees have no rights.
