NSPS emplimentation will cause a mass exodus of older more experience Personnel into retirement. Leaving the no nothing ass kissers who bull shit their way to the top in the good old boy pay banding system. Leaving our country in a downward spiral, with no future for our Armed Forces. That is not the legacy that I want to leave my Grand Children who will have to defend our country in the future.
