The marjority of hard working federal civl servants agree todays changing world and changing culture calls for an improved effective and efficient Federal Government workforce second to none. The choices and alternatives presented by this platform must be collectively organized, studied, measured; re-studied, and then displayed (ie...charts) with self taught instructions that all may know the process and be able to follow managements new approach and new business practices towards improving our Federal Systems Quality to customer conformance and that we are on the same team and on the same page.
