i would like express my concerns about this new "brother-in-law" pay system. thats just it, if your not buddy buddy with the boss your gonna get put out or your not gonna get a paid. employees will begin to compete with each other, creating a hostile work enviroment. good people will look else where for work. i take pride in being a federal employee. i love what i do for a living. leave it alone. keep it in federal employees hands and you will not be ashamed. thank you
