Comments:
Will there be an annual time where your supervisor is given the opportunity to up your pay or will it be anytime of the year he/she can make this decision? What if you bust your butt and do your job and beyond but your supervisor doesn't like you? He/she will not opt to pay you more or even recognize you. Pls do not say this will not happen as we all know it does now. We see this when it comes time for bonuses and appraisals. What is the recourse then?
