I have read the DOD FEDERAL REGISTER 5 CER also known as the National Security Personnel System. As a Goverment employee for the last 35 years, why would I want my basic rights under the current Employment Law strip. This new system will change paid,evaluations and create a system of favoritism, which as a civil society we have try to eliminate over the last 20 or 30 years. Why does the new system want to exclude union discussion and redistribute power to the managers.This system is a disgraceful disguise of the good old boy system and should not be installed. People should remember a similar system was in place 20 years ago and many good people who performed above the standard did not received their due, because their boss had issues. I VOTE NO FOR THIS NEW SYSTEM Stan Garcia
