This concerns pay bands and preformance evaluations. I've worked 29 years in the private sector and 6 years to present for the army as a pharmacist and I agree with NSPS goals in principle. My concern is the army is extremely politcal (MEDDAC for sure) in that who you like and who you know is what gets you promoted. I wanted to be evaluated on my work just like I was in the private sector because I'll do well, but I have very serious doubts it being accomplished.
