Specific Section: National Secruity Compensation Comparability Too much information left out in this section for concerned federal workers planning to retire between years of 2004 and 2008. What I read is that no person will be given more money than they would have made if they were in todays yearly pay system, while still in the NSPS program taking into account potential lower or equal step increases, rates, etc... from 2004 to 2008. What your saying is the older work force must pay for the whole system to succeed (48 and older) through equal or lower step increases, promotions, various retirement and health plans, yearly salaries which effect my childrens and my quality of life. What formula will be in place for calculating our future? The older workforce is accountable for our Federal System's great reputation; Why punish us with lower pay over 4 years? I pray God blesses this Federal System Process Action Plan and cleans it with goodness to all Federal Workers where someday business practices are egual to all men and women proforming thier daily task.
