I object to the placement of NSPS into practice. At present, we have finally gained some employee representation thru our unions. This will take all that away. As a female in a male dominated work environment, I feel that if I don't give in to what the Superviosor/My Boss wants, my pay can go lower. And I don't mean just at Work. Throughout my career sexual harassment has always been at play in some form or another. This will just give the good ole boys another way to slip it to someone, literally and figuratively. Being a single female, I have to work, I do not have anyone to rely on and I can't be the only person in this situation. Also, with NSPS, they have the ability to send you anywhere in the world as the so called need arises. Many employees due not have the leway to go on travel in remote areas. They have children, elderly famlies, etc to consider. This will overide their personal problems and concentrate solely on mission first at all costs. We did not enlist in the military which makes it clear that you are on call 24/7. Moral is already at an all time low and this will just contribute to lower moral, ass kissing to get ahead or whatever it takes. We are going backwards, not forwards.
