As a disabled veteran on the PDRL (Permanent Disability Retirement List), I'm curious as to how those of us PDRL vets presently in Civil Service would be affected by this thing about possible world-wide deployment. Not that I have any problem with it myself, but how would this affect medical coverage, as well as whether such things as prostethics, insulin for those with Type 1 diabetes, etc. would be available and/or accessible under NSPS?
