The proposed changes in NSPS have absolutely nothing to do with national security. This thin veiled smoke screen is obviously designed to depress wages, eliminate older workers, and furhter erode the civil service system It is obvious that the short-sighted leaders who have designed this disaster-waiting-to-happen have an ageda and do not have any concern for the thousands of employees who will be adversly affected or the citizens of this country who will suffer.
